  • 摘要: 【目的】ChatGPT 的火爆出圈使得 AIGC 的应用从小众走向了分众和大众,在技术红利释放的同时也衍生 了诸多风险问题,在拓展技术应用的同时完善风险规制有助于产业高质量、可持续发展。【方法】文章从内容供给、 信源采纳、模型调优、行业应用等维度对 AIGC 带来的机遇和挑战进行梳理。【结果】指出目前 AIGC 已基本可供、 可用,部分可塑、可信,未来可替、可期。【结论】“负能”固然存在,“赋能”更为可期,在包容审慎中既要给 技术发展以边界约束,更要给技术应用以弹性空间。
