摘要: 【目的】AI Agent 成为突破人工智能应用瓶颈、赋能生产力并通往通用人工智能的必由之路,其自主性特征让人工智能进一步掌握了内容话语权和传播主导权,主流媒体需要寻找智能时代发挥主渠道、主阵地的方式,明确智能全媒体生产传播体系的形态与主流媒体着力点。【方法】通过剖析 AI Agent 对于人工智能发展的意义与作用、分析 AI Agent 的特征及整体技术生态,对比全媒体生产传播体系的特征,形成对智能全媒体技术格局的构想,预测对主流媒体带来的冲击,结合人工智能的内生缺陷和初现苗头的风险挑战,定位主流媒体的机遇和新阵地。【结果】随着 AI Agent 贯穿“策采编发”与内容服务转化全流程,主流媒体受到与用户失联、对内容失控、在传播中失声、在主阵地中失位的冲击,但人工智能内生缺陷导致的风险,也为主流媒体带来了机遇和新阵地。【结论】主流媒体需要转变思路,锚定 AI Agent 供给侧,用主流价值引导人工智能,开辟可信内容秩序守护者、健康内容生态促进者、内容空间安全治理者、社会理性稳定舆论引导者、智能内容空间交流合作普惠者五大智能时代主阵地。
